2020 Induction Ceremony Public Notice

The Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition Executive Committee has carefully reviewed the current COVID-19 Provincial guidelines for indoor events and safety protocols and as a result has made the very difficult decision to postpone the Induction Ceremony that was rescheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2020. The health and safety of the Inductees, their families, members of the Committee and others who would be in attendance remains the top priority for the Committee and City staff.

Assuming restrictions will be lifted by then, the Ceremony has been rescheduled for Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Best Western Plus Brant Park Inn and Conference Centre. Tickets will be made available in May 2021.

To ensure this year's Inductees are acknowledged appropriately, the Committee looks forward to sharing an update regarding future plans to honour the Inductees soon.
